M-Rail at the Employment and Professional Practice Fair in the Railway Sector

In December, we participated in the Employment and Professional Practice Fair in the railway sector, organized by the Academy of Technical and Artistic Vocational Studies in Belgrade and the Railway Technical School of Belgrade. The event was held at the school premises and brought together numerous companies from the railway sector, including our company, M-Rail.

Our colleague, Nikola Stanojević, engaged in discussions with students specializing in traction technology and with railway-focused students from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering. He emphasized the advantages of working in our company, the importance of the traction technician educational profile, and its key role in the modern railway sector.

Topics such as intermodal transport, container trains, and the logistics involved in their preparation and dispatch between seaports particularly captured the interest of young attendees. Students and high schoolers expressed a strong desire to explore railway logistics and intermodal transport in their academic projects.

The Employment Fair was an excellent opportunity for young people to connect with companies, learn about career opportunities, and gain insights into professional practices in the railway sector. We are proud to have been part of this event and to have inspired future professionals to pursue careers in the railway industry.
