The first train transport from Budapest to Inđija has been successfully completed

It is with great pleasure that we announce that M-RAIL successfully completed its first train transport from Budapest to Inđija on February 7, 2025, along the Subotica – Inđija section. This significant step followed over a month of successful train transports from Rijeka to Inđija.

For this transport, the state-of-the-art diesel-electric locomotive type SIEMENS ER20, known as ‘Hercules,’ was used.

On the Budapest – Inđija – Budapest route, traffic is planned with three pairs of trains per week.

In addition to existing routes, M-RAIL plans to expand to new directions, significantly contributing to the further advancement of sustainable transportation in the region.
